With over a decade of experience as a litigator and a passion for the law, Daniel Yost and Yost Legal Services have the knowledge and expertise to provide critical, cost-effective support to busy solo practitioners and law firms handling a wide range of matters. Clients look to Yost Legal Services to handle time-consuming legal research and drafting efficiently and at competitive rates so that they can focus on case management, court appearances, and business development. Daniel Yost also provides direct representation for clients in New York state and federal courts as an owner member of Bertaccini & Yost Law Group.

Prior to founding Yost Legal Services, Daniel spent nine years at a large national firm representing financial services companies, consumer banks, insurers, and management consulting firms in individual, class-action, and multi-district litigation. He also has significant experience handling high-stakes state and federal government investigations.

From 2014-2015, Daniel served as a law clerk for the Hon. Alvin K. Hellerstein in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. In 2012, he graduated magna cum laude from Cardozo Law School, where he served on the Cardozo Law Review, interned for the Hon. Roslynn R. Mauskopf (E.D.N.Y.) and the Hon. Shira A. Scheindlin (S.D.N.Y), and was awarded Order of the Coif. He is admitted to practice in New York, the Southern District of New York, the Eastern District of New York, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Ninth Circuits.
